Stephanie Giese

Stephanie has been an integral part of the HRI Management team, serving as a cornerstone in maintaining compliance excellence across our affordable housing portfolio. Her expertise spans multiple programs, including LIHTC, Tax Exempt Bonds, HOME, CDBG, HOPE VI, and Permanent Supportive Housing, and her guidance has been instrumental in ensuring regulatory accuracy and operational success throughout the organization.

In her role as Compliance Regulatory Advisor, Stephanie provides strategic counsel to HRIM leadership on compliance matters involving local, state, and federal affordable housing programs. She will continue to play a vital role in monitoring regulatory adherence, interpreting housing regulations, and assisting with audits.

Stephanie’s deep knowledge continue to strengthen HRI’s compliance operations as portfolio continues to grow.

Stephanie holds COS, HCCP, and NCP designations and earned her B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
