At HRI Hospitality, we offer the unique perspective of hotel and mixed-use property ownership as well as management for multiple third-party owners. MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Established in 1984, HRI Management is a full-service property management firm currently overseeing a 50+ property portfolio of market rate, mixed-income, mixed-use and affordable apartment communities in over a dozen cities, for its affiliates and for select third-party property clients. HRI Management’s team includes over 150 associates that are specialists in leasing, property operations, tax-credit compliance, maintenance, and resident services. Our success as a management company is directly attributable to our associates and the impact they have within the communities we manage.
Setting HRI Management apart from other property management firms is our successful track record of opening and managing unique and diverse apartment communities with shared uses or complex regulatory or compliance requirements. Having successfully completed the transformation of the former Iberville public housing site utilizing the Choice Neighborhoods Program and the former St. Thomas public housing site though the HOPE VI Program, HRI Communities has extensive experience partnering with HUD and Public Housing Authorities. We possess the necessary master planning capabilities, financial sophistication and collaborative approach, including establishing strong working relationships with resident leaders, to ensure these complicated developments are completed timely. Our knowledge of the requirements of the various programs enables you to deliver on the complicated compliance requirements of the environmental impact review process, leasing in accordance with LIHTC and other rent and income restrictions, as well as HTC compliance.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION
HCI Architecture, formed in 1995 to work directly with developers, design-builders as well as municipalities and other private entities, staffs a team of architects, interior designers and design quality control managers. HCI Architecture provides design and construction document production services, assists in developing the project programming, works closely with local, state and federal agencies, coordinates with consultants, produces graphic presentation materials for marketing purposes, provides construction administration services. HCIA has completed more than 65 large scale design projects consisting of more than 4,300 apartment units, 4,900 hotel rooms, 560 condo units, over a million square feet of office/retail and numerous parking structures.
HCI Construction is the construction management entity including project managers, field superintendents and field foremen. Furthermore, the construction team develops and maintains a project budget and construction schedule in conjunction with the design process to maintain an in-depth knowledge and level of control over the project. HCI manages a project throughout the construction process, and represents the interest of the Owner/Developer during construction and is also registered in Louisiana as a General Contractor.
FF&E PROCUREMENT SERVICES
FF&E Procurement Services provide bidding and purchasing oversight for capital expenditures and major projects. the team negotiates with vendors, liaises with major brands on compliance and coordinates all logistics associated with schedules and deliverables. Procurement services work closely with HCI design on development projects, as well as regional engineering on facility maintenance of current portfolio assets.
