Patrick Vyncke

Patrick Vyncke has an eye for opportunity. As HRI Hospitality’s vice president of real estate, he keeps the company’s acquisition, development and third-party management efforts moving – ensuring HRI is pursuing the best acquisition targets, the best sites for development and the best brands to work with. In addition to his 10+ years of experience in hospitality-focused acquisition and development, he brings an impressive pedigree to HRI. He previously served as director of acquisitions and development at CSM Corporation, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and leading the transaction process for acquisitions as well as new hotel construction. He also honed his investment and lodging skills during his time at Watermark Capital Partners and American Property Management, LLC. As a graduate of DePaul University, Patrick’s education and comprehensive experience make him a key asset to HRI’s fast-growing lodging business.
