Madeline Wilson

Development Finance Analyst

Madeline graduated in May 2025 with a dual degree from Tulane University’s School of Architecture and School of Built Environment, earning a Master’s in Sustainable Real Estate Development and a Certificate in Historic Preservation. Her graduate work emphasized real estate finance, adaptive reuse, and sustainable cultural preservation, reflecting her commitment to equitable and environmentally conscious development.

Professionally, Madeline brings a unique blend of creative and analytical experience. She most recently served as a Research and Cultural Asset Management Consultant with Boutique Hospitality, LLC in New Orleans, supporting place-based hospitality projects rooted in cultural storytelling and preservation. She also conducted graduate research for the Classical American Homes Preservation Trust, where she focused on strategies for long-term stewardship of architecturally significant properties.  She initially joined the HRI team as an intern while completing her graduate program and transitioned into a full-time position as a Development Financial Analyst following graduation.

Prior to her work in real estate, Madeline spent five years in New York working in business development and account management roles at Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis and Platinum Rye Entertainment. Her background in business and preservation informs her interest in adaptive reuse, economic revitalization, and mission-aligned development. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business.
