Dimitria Williams

As Development Project Manager, Dimitria (Dima) supports the development management team in all aspects of project financing and development, from site selection to construction completion and stabilization. Dima joined HRI Communities in 2022 after obtaining an MBA degree with a concentration in real estate development and finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, she covered housing market dynamics and home financing trends for several national publications.
