Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas Appoints New General Manager

DALLAS, TX (April 5, 2018) – HRI Lodging has named Jason Troncale as the general manager for Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas. With his 16-year career in the hospitality industry and extensive knowledge in hotel operations, general manager Troncale is a great asset to the Hilton Garden Inn. Under his leadership, the hotel will continue to provide guests with memorable experiences and uphold its high-quality standards and traditions.

Prior to joining HRI Lodging, Troncale served as general manager for the Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown where he was awarded for highest GOP in management group in 2015 and 2016. Troncale’s career in hospitality management brings an impressive wealth of experience to the role including a bachelor’s degree in communications from St. Edwards. His career accomplishments and awards include the following: Silver Hotel in 2010 and 2014, Most Improved Staff Service Courtyard brand (2010), Most Improved Response to Guest Needs in 2010, and Highest Staff is Warm and Hospitable Courtyard in 2010.
