Woodring Apartments Phase II is the second and final phase of the Woodring Apartments mixed-income community located in downtown Lake Charles.
The project will consist of 40 units across two townhome buildings located on the same block as Woodring Apartments Phase I. Like Phase I, the project will meet industry-leading sustainability and disaster resilience certifications of Enterprise Green Communities and FORTIFIED Multifamily Gold.
Amenities will be shared with Woodring Apartments Phase I and will include a fitness center, community room, grill area with picnic tables, pocket park, and secure off-street parking.
Financial partners include Hudson Housing Capital, LLC, Capital One, N.A., Hope Federal Credit Union, Louisiana Housing Corporation, Louisiana Office of Community Development, and the City of Lake Charles.
