Mid-City Lofts will be a 46-unit mixed-income property in Lake Charles and will serve as the first phase of the Mid-City Choice Neighborhoods Transformation.
The project is located directly adjacent to the Lloyd Oaks public housing site which will be transformed from 240 distressed public housing units into a 562 unit mixed-use mixed-income community. The property will consist of a 3-story mid-rise building with community space, a fitness center, and computer room. The project will meet industry-leading sustainability and disaster resilience certifications of Enterprise Green Communities and FORTIFIED Multifamily Gold.
