Eli Fisher
Architect
Eli joined HCI Architecture in 2022 and has primarily been responsible for design and construction administration of several mixed-income multifamily projects, for both HRI Communities and third-party clients. Most recently, he has focused on projects utilizing historic tax credits, requiring careful attention to follow National Park Service guidelines while also meeting other stakeholder requirements. Notably, Eli has been the project architect for Grove Place 2, the first known project in the US to combine FORTIFIED Multifamily Gold standards, Energy Star standards, and historic tax credits. He originally joined HCI as a designer before obtaining his architectural license in 2023. Prior to HCI, Eli worked at another New Orleans firm focusing on hospitality and small-scale residential projects. He graduated from Tulane University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
