Roger Dey

Roger Dey earned his Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and spent the next 15 years immersed in the region’s vibrant hospitality design scene. As a lead designer on numerous high-profile projects, he cultivated a deep passion for crafting immersive, guest-focused environments.

Drawn back to his southern roots, Roger returned to New Orleans to be closer to family—especially his beloved 5‑year‑old nephew. Though he cherishes his time in the West, the soul of his hometown will always guide his work and life.

Outside the office, you’ll often find Roger in the crowd at a live concert or planning his next music-anchored getaway. Having seen nearly every major band, he’s now on a mission to explore iconic concert halls—geeking out over acoustics and architectural detail. When he’s not indulging his love of live music, you’re most likely to find him outdoors, whether fishing off the dock, riding four‑wheelers, or honing his marksmanship in the open air.
