We love living in downtown Winston-Salem. The Nissen Building is absolutely beautiful, very safe and the staff is wonderful. There is lots to do both around town and within the building.

It is nice to come home to, if you need anything you call Suzy or her staff, the pool is wonderful, no one believe we really have a rooftop pool. It's convenient to walk to restaurants, church and theatres. I like the old style features of the building, the beautiful lobby and elevators.

Great location, wonderful management

It's the best place to be in Winston Salem. The apartments are filled with light and the public spaces kept impeccably clean. The views are wonderful and the downtown is convenient to everything.

I love the pool and convenience associated with its location. The staff are also all fantastic.

My apartment at the Nissen is lovely, quiet, in the heart of the most vibrant portion of town. I have enjoyed the street musicians, sidewalk cafes, restaurants, etc. You can go from listening to someone playing soulful saxophone while eating the best pizza in the world to a love roof top pool area where you can see the light of the entire city right up to the mountains. I would rate Nissen a 5. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Knowing that I am from out of state, they always are careful to point out fun things that they think may interest me. I am only sad that I am not here every weekend to enjoy the city - and this grand building that has truly become my home.

Like living at a nice hotel.

Alot of fun living downtown within walking distance for restaurants and entertainment, short drive to work. Nice living with mostly adults, love the pool and staff helpful and friendly.

Exciting, convenient to work and restaurants, quiet, secure, love the pool.

It is a great location, with staff that are always willing to help you out. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone I know.

Living at Nissen Building Apartment has been a fulfilling experience. I have lived in two different apartments where the process has been transparent, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and the environment is one that I find to be comfortable. It is a safe environment, one that is welcoming and inviting. The apartments have a classy style. It is warming to know that I can call Nissen Building Apartments my home away from home.

The Nissen is a terrific community with the best management one could want. Thanks to Suzy Baxter for the terrific environment she creates for all of the residents. I wouldn't live anywhere else in Winston-Salem!
