HISTORY/OVERVIEW:
Henderson Condominiums was the conversion of apartments, housed in the 1903 former sugar warehouse of the Godchaux Sugar Refinery and located in the New Orleans Warehouse District, into one and two bedroom luxury condominiums. In 1996 the apartments were converted to condominiums.
The building is constructed of heavy timber and brick. A three story central atrium provides interior units with natural light. Amenities include a rooftop clubhouse and grilling area, large elevator and modern appliances and decor.
