Living at American for six years has been a great experience.. wouldn't change a thing.

living at american can is a pleasure, the people are friendly helpful and respectful . Its a quiet humble peaceful and comfortable place to live.

I would tell them that the Can is a great complex with a unique setting and a responsive staff. I do however think some of the residents do not respect the area, i.e. dropping trash anywhere, not picking up behind pets, smoking in the hallways etc.

Excellent apartment, unique lay out, great view and great access to downtown. Love having the coffee shop, liquor store bar & restaurants in the building. Keeping the exposed brick and industrial architecture give the building an unmistakable unique appeal. Sales staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always available. Excellent value for money. The pet fee was a little steep, but all things considered I don't mind because everything else is near perfection.

I love this apartment and the company. there are very friendly, and resourceful. the staff here has welcomed me with open arms. Being one of the youngest tenants in the complex, isuues of safety, comfortability, finances are a big concern. The staff here has made this one of the best leasing experiences I think ive ever had. I told them im not going anywhere until im married and even after that who knows.!! The price u pay is worth every cent...
