Mills Row Condominiums is the new construction of a five-story, concrete and steel building consisting of one, two and tree bedroom luxury condominiums located in the New Orleans Warehouse District.  The construction was in process when Hurricane Katrina and Rita struck New Orleans and the building sustained no damage.  The units feature stylish granite, stainless appliances, and hardwood floors while offering the charm and old world feel of living in the Warehouse District with balconies and an open-air atrium decorated with teak furnishings and greenery.
