HISTORY/OVERVIEW:
The Lee
Hardware building formerly housed the Lee Dry Goods business. This
mixed-use development is the first of its kind in downtown
Shreveport, Louisiana. It features artiest live/work lofts,
including a four story open-air atrium, gallery and common work
space. The United Jeweler building was the former home of a jewelry
wholesale business. It features 51 market-rate units. In addition,
three new construction prototype units have been built on-site, as
market-rate units.
