HISTORY/OVERVIEW:

DH Holmes is the rehabilitation of an abandoned D.H. Holmes Department Store warehouse, built in 1919 and located in the heart of the New Orleans French Quarter, into luxury apartments and retail space.  The architecture and structural historic elements of the building including detailed balconies and courtyards were preserved.  Amenities include a rooftop pool with city views, grilling area, balconies and attached parking garage.  On-stie retail includes the award-winning GW Fins seafood restaurant.
