HISTORY/OVERVIEW:
Bywater Art Lofts is the historic renovation of a run-down,
former garment factory located in the New Orleans Bywater
neighborhood into one and two bedroom affordable loft apartments
for the use of local artists. Designed to preserve the
building's industrial elements of brick and metal facades, steel
windows, exposed ceilings and ductwork, and sealed concrete
floors.
