Located across the street, Bywater Art Lofts II created an additional 30 units of mixed-income housing to serve the needs of local artists. Twenty-seven 1-bedroom units were created within the existing warehouse structure, and three 2-bedroom new construction townhouse units were built on the adjacent vacant property fronting Independence Street.
