Awarded to the Hibernia Tower Apartments for its success in "improving the quality of life" in Downtown New Orleans.    

2012 J. TIMOTHY ANDERSON AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN HISTORIC REHABILITATION - BEST HISTORIC REHAB UNTILIZING LIHTCs (LARGE/OVER $15 MILLION DEVELOPMENT COST) - NATIONAL HOUSING & REHABILITATION ASSOCIATION
Awarded to Blue Plate Artist Lofts, the J. Timothy Anderson "Timmy" Awards were created to honor outstanding real estate projects that involve rehabilitation of older, historic building, primarliy using state or federal historic rehabilitation tax credits, based on overall design and quality, interpretation and respect of historic elements, innovative approach to construction and use of building materials, impact on the community, sustainability and financial and market success of the project.

NATIONAL APARTMENT ASSOCIATION 2009 PARAGON AWARD
The 2009 Paragon Award was presented to HRI Properties for Flint Goodridge from the National Apartment Association (NAA) for Best Mid/High Rise community Pre-1979.  Flint Goodridge was built in the 1930’s as the first Medical Center in Louisiana to provide training and residencies for African-Americans, and is on the National Register of Historic places.

Cupples Station Apartments was awarded the prestigious Paragon Award for Best Mid/High rise Community Pre 1979 – Under 150 Units in the category of Builders, Owners & Developers. The Paragon Awards recognize the excellence and leadership that define the multifamily industry.

THE DOWNTOWN EXCELLENCE AWARD
Presented by the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership on February 22, 2006, Nissen Building Apartments was awarded for its “superior rehabilitation and reuse of a historical landmark building”.
 
HERITAGE AWARD
Presented by the Forsyth County Historic Resources Commission on May 2, 2006, these awards are to recognize and honor outstanding dedication and commitment to excellence in historic preservation in Forsyth County. The awards recognized individuals, groups, organizations, or businesses active in the preservation, restoration, rehabilitation or interpretation of the county’s architectural, cultural, or natural heritage. Nissen Building Apartments received the award in the commercial/institutional category.

DOWNTOWN ST. LOUIS PARTNERSHIP 2006 CITYSCAPE AWARD
Cupples Station Loft Apartments received the 2006 Cityscape Award from the Downtown St. Louis Partnership on November 16, 2006 for “significantly enhancing the street-level environment of the downtown neighborhood with its restoration of a historic structure”.
 
DESIGN-BUILD INSTITUTE OF AMERICA 2006 MERIT AWARD
Clayco, General Contractor for Cupples, received a Merit Award from the Design-Build Institute of America for their work at Cupples Station Loft Apartments. The project was honored in the rehabilitation/restoration category.

The 2003 Eleven Most Enhanced Sites Awards recognize buildings, diverse in both location and function that are outstanding examples of adaptive reuse and quality rehabilitation. The Renaissance Grand Hotel, formerly the Statler Hotel, the Renaissance St. Louis Suites, formerly the Lennox Hotel, and The Merchandise Mart Apartments are collectively the recipient of one of the 2003 Eleven Most Enhanced Sites Awards
 
URBAN LAND INSTITUTE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE
American Can Apartments was named a finalist for Urban Land Institutes Award for Excellence, 2003.
 
NEW ORLEANS HISTORIC DISTRICT LANDMARKS COMMISSION 2003 HONOR AWARD 
The 2003 Honor Award, highest award given by the New Orleans District Landmarks Commission, for the Outstanding Achievement in the field of Commercial Restoration was received by Historic Restoration, Inc. for its American Can Apartments, June 25, 2003.
 
NATIONAL APARTMENT ASSOCIATION 2003 PARAGON AWARD
The 2003 Paragon Award was presented to Historic Restoration, Inc.’s American Can Apartments from the National Apartment Association for Best Mid/High-Rise Community in the nation with more than 150 residential units.  The American Can Apartments Project, with 268 residential apartments, is located at 3700 Orleans Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana.  The award was presented at the NAA’s annual conference in New Orleans on June 21, 2003.
 
BETTER DOWNTOWN AWARD - 2003
The Downtown St. Louis Partnership presented Historic Restoration, Inc. with its 2003 Better Downtown Award in recognition of HRI’s commitment to the revitalization of St. Louis’ central city neighborhoods as demonstrated by HRI’s projects the Renaissance Grand & St. Louis Suites Hotel in November 2003.
 
ASSOCIATED GENERAL CONTRACTORS OF ST. LOUIS
The Associated General Contractors of St. Louis (AGC) recognized Alberici Constructors as a Finalist for the 2003 Construction Keystone Award, Project of the Year, General Contractor, for Historic Restoration, Inc.’s Renaissance Grand Hotel, St. Louis, Missouri, for the Project’s contribution to the industry and its overall excellence.

CONSTRUCTION NEWS & REVIEW’S REGIONAL EXCELLENCE AWARD 
The Regional Excellence Award was presented to Historic Restoration, Inc. by Construction News & Review’s (CNR) and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) for the historic rehabilitation of the Renaissance Grand Hotel, formerly the Statler Hotel, located in St. Louis, Missouri in April 2003. HRI, RTKL & Associates, Peter Fillat & Associates and Alberici Constructors were recognized for the Project’s contribution to the industry and its overall excellence.
